Build and scale Built's supplier marketplace: design the partner lifecycle and operating model, source and negotiate vendor partnerships, onboard and manage performance, coordinate legal/product/engineering, and close the first cohort of partners to drive live platform transactions.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead complex enterprise sales cycles in real estate finance, working with executives to modernize lending processes with Built's solutions.

Build durable marketplace platform primitives and microservices, ship fast prototypes/MVPs with real customers, improve live products, integrate LLMs and document-extraction workflows, participate in customer discovery, partner on system design, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and grow a data engineering team to build a trusted, fast, composable, and self-serve data platform. Define architecture and roadmap for ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics; ensure reliability, observability, and security; partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Security, and Engineering; be a hands-on player-coach delivering scalable data systems using Snowflake, dbt, and self-serve analytics.

Own end-to-end product design for Built’s platform: conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, maintain the design system, and mentor junior designers while using data and AI to inform decisions.

Lead design and delivery of customer-facing data product applications, building full-stack experiences (frontend, backend, APIs) using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python. Partner with Product and data teams to convert analytics and prototypes into production-grade workflows, establish software engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and prioritize customer value through testing, observability, and operational ownership.

The Enterprise Account Executive will develop sales strategies, qualify prospects, and present the Built platform to decision-makers in commercial real estate, focusing on transformation in construction operations.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, log and categorize tickets, escalate complex problems, document resolutions, maintain knowledge bases, meet performance metrics, and advocate for customer experience improvements.

Serve as primary HR contact across the company, manage employee relations independently, coach managers, run people programs, support workforce planning, and design AI-assisted HR workflows.
