Provide informal guidance to junior implementation managers and use AI tools to improve planning, communication, automation, and decision-making.

Designs and delivers scalable backend and full-stack software for a construction lending platform. Responsibilities include building APIs and services, modeling and optimizing databases, deploying AWS systems, leading refactors and upgrades, collaborating cross-functionally, improving code quality, troubleshooting production systems, and mentoring junior engineers. The role uses microservices, React, TypeScript, Python or NestJS, DynamoDB, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Own complex SaaS implementations from kickoff through stabilization, advising clients on organizational change, training, adoption, and transformation. Develop implementation methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks; lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting; resolve escalations; track implementation health metrics; mentor implementation managers; and promote AI and automation to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Leads a team of Account Managers, owns territory or segment revenue performance, and drives quota, pipeline health, forecasting, and strategic sales execution. Coaches account managers on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and customer engagement while partnering with SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success. The role also improves sales processes, champions AI adoption, manages key enterprise deals, and supports strong post-sale transitions.

Own the Platform team's product strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and execution across shared workflows, technical services, APIs, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. Partner with engineering, application, design, and GTM teams to identify customer needs, drive zero-to-one initiatives, improve adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also influences product practices, communicates with executives and enterprise customers, and guides implementation trade-offs in a B2B SaaS environment.

Build and scale Built's supplier marketplace: design the partner lifecycle and operating model, source and negotiate vendor partnerships, onboard and manage performance, coordinate legal/product/engineering, and close the first cohort of partners to drive live platform transactions.
