Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, log and categorize tickets, escalate complex problems, document resolutions, maintain knowledge bases, meet performance metrics, and advocate for customer experience improvements.

The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategies targeting commercial real estate stakeholders, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver presentations to C-suite executives, aiming to transform construction businesses with Built's software solutions.

Serve as primary HR contact across the company, manage employee relations independently, coach managers, run people programs, support workforce planning, and design AI-assisted HR workflows.

Build and own internal tools and automations for the implementation team using AI/LLM frameworks. Ship full‑stack solutions quickly, iterate from real operational pain points, measure adoption and impact, and partner with product and senior engineers to align with company architecture.

Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Pull and organize data from NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce, maintain financial models and schedules, assist close/consolidation tasks, perform basic business analyses, and use AI tools to streamline reporting and automation.

Own post-implementation success for Built's largest, most complex clients: drive retention, adoption, and expansion through strategic account plans, multi-threaded relationships, health monitoring, QBRs, mentoring junior CSMs, and partnering with Product/Implementation to shape the roadmap. Leverage AI to accelerate analysis and identify growth opportunities while advising senior stakeholders in construction lending and commercial real estate finance.

Lead and scale Built's enterprise Revenue Operations: define multi-year strategy, build and manage analytics/CRM/process/systems teams, own revenue technology (Salesforce), drive forecasting, compensation, territory/quota design, and implement AI/automation to improve revenue predictability from lead through renewal and expansion.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead complex enterprise sales cycles in real estate finance, working with executives to modernize lending processes with Built's solutions.

The role involves maintaining AWS environments, enhancing Terraform usage, supporting databases, and improving CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with product engineering teams to ensure cloud reliability and security.
