Opportunity Statement
Sauce Labs is on the search for a Senior Technical Recruiter, to have the opportunity to support hiring across many different Departments/Teams, Engineering, Customer Support, Product. You will serve as a strategic talent partner for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. We are building out our high-caliber global recruiting organization, so this is a unique chance to join a global team in a scale-up environment. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
What will you be responsible for?
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments/teams with a focus on Engineering (DevOps).
- Manage candidate pipelines and calibrate regularly with hiring teams on interview process, qualifications, and progress
- Provide an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience in collaboration with our Talent Coordinators.
- Engage and qualify active & passive candidates through storytelling & interviewing
- Proactively improve our recruiting processes and identify opportunities for refinement
- Develop creative strategies to identify, attract, and hire candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. Partner closely with hiring teams to build strategies that will ensure representation amongst teams
- Report on pipeline and keep candidate activity up to date in our company ATS (Greenhouse)
- Track results & metrics to utilize data in your recruiting strategies
What does it take to be successful?
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
- Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences
- Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience with candidate outreach and ATS systems (Greenhouse)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interviewing candidates and partnering with stakeholders across the organization
- People person. Networking and building relationships are what keeps you going.
- Preference towards in-house startup recruiting experience
