Supports go-to-market strategy through sales and churn forecasting, revenue analytics, capacity planning, executive reporting, and GTM dashboard development. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to model pipeline, retention, headcount, territories, and resource allocation. Contributes insights to annual strategy, quarterly business reviews, and board presentations while translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Build and ship software rapidly within an advanced technology team. Responsibilities include working across TypeScript/Node.js, Go, and Python; modifying unfamiliar codebases; writing reliable CI tests; publishing and versioning CLIs, SDKs, or packages; and debugging integrations involving third-party APIs, external services, and CI runners.

Manage India HR operations, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, employee records, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, and exit settlements. Lead the PoSH Internal Committee, oversee awareness sessions and annual filings, and handle sensitive employee relations matters and investigations. Support HRBPs and coach managers on performance and workplace issues while improving lifecycle workflows and employee experience.

Leads Sauce Labs’ global product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, market intelligence, thought leadership, and performance measurement. Manages and develops a product marketing team while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Corporate Marketing. The role drives product adoption, revenue growth, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, product launches, content development, and executive-level reporting within the B2B SaaS, developer tools, DevOps, and continuous testing markets.

Own and grow commercial and growth-stage accounts through full-cycle SaaS sales, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close. Generate pipeline, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage forecasts and account plans in Salesforce, and build customer relationships across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams. Partner with internal teams to drive customer outcomes and develop expertise in software testing, AI-driven quality solutions, and modern development environments.

Generate outbound pipeline through cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach. Research enterprise and mid-market accounts, map stakeholders, engage executives and technical leaders, qualify opportunities, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Maintain accurate prospecting data in Salesforce and sales engagement tools while meeting monthly opportunity quotas. Explain the business value of continuous testing, DevOps optimization, and digital quality to prospective customers.

The AI Architect will design and build AI/ML solutions for testing platforms, focusing on architecture, insights from analytics, automated failure analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for AI-native developer tooling products. Own roadmap, ROI/pricing and packaging, discovery, requirements, and cross-functional delivery. Drive market analysis, KPIs, post-launch optimization, stakeholder communication, and mentor junior PMs while ensuring security-first design and compliance.

Join the Integrations team to extend and scale backend services and APIs (Python and Go), build UI components, collaborate across teams, design APIs, work with CI/CD/Docker and message queues, produce customer-facing documentation, and participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues.
