Joining Collibra's Talent & Culture Enablement team:

Building a compelling manager and employee development strategy is crucial for Collibra’s continued growth. To realize this vision, we seek an innovative, agile and data-oriented Senior Manager, Learning and Development. 

You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and measuring the success of curricula for managers and learning for all Collibrians and scaling up these programs ahead of our exponential growth in the coming years. Operating within the fast-growing and collaborative Talent & Culture Enablement team, you will embody our core value to “Lead with Confidence” by enabling our managers and all Collibrians to do the same.


The Senior Manager, Learning & Development at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Creating and curating high-impact development programs, tools, resources and experiences that provide continuous growth opportunities for our people managers and all Collibrians
  • Partnering with our People Partner community, Talent & Culture Enablement team, enablement teams in the business and leaders across the organization to align internal and external learning solutions with skill and performance gaps
  • Developing an assessment strategy to measure program effectiveness and ROI/business impact using data analytics 
  • Driving continuous improvement through rapid testing and iteration of processes and protocols

You Have:

  • Led and developed global Management and Employee Development programs, including design, development, measurement, delivery and continuous improvement
  • Served as a learning leader, consultant or advisor translating client needs into talent programs that achieve business goals
  • Applied adult learning theory and instructional design methods to the practice of building development frameworks and curriculum
  • Collected and measured qualitative and quantitative data to improve programs
  • Integrated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices that serve people of all backgrounds

  • Collaborative, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to understand needs and drive alignment and you do so with curiosity, generosity, and accountability

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Learning & Development, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn our business, build relationships and assess the effectiveness of a Manager program that is already in pilot mode, determining what we need to change to begin a wider implementation in early 2022. You’ll also help develop content for an upcoming all-company meeting happening in early Q1
  • Within your third month, you will begin developing a curriculum roadmap for all Collibrian, determining what interpersonal skills will be our most immediate focus (i.e. giving and receiving feedback, allyship, etc.)
  • Within your sixth month, you’ll have been testing and piloting a wide variety of solutions (thinking beyond events-based training programs) to provide learning across multiple modalities in the flow of work
