As our Senior Director, Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the People Leadership Team, reporting to our Chief People Officer. You will partner closely with our C-level executives and senior leaders to actively engage and advise on plans, programs, and policies that directly align with the business strategy. You will manage HRPBs supporting our Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams. You’ll also directly act as the strategic HR business partner for our Sales executives to drive and execute our talent and engagement strategies of our Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop strategic talent plans and ensures the alignment with organizational strategy, data and budgets; identify and predict current and future talent needs.
  • Lead and manage talent performance programs including performance appraisals, individual development plans, career pathing, talent structure and succession planning.
  • Partner with business leaders on performance matters, providing coaching to both managers and employees for improved performance.
  • Generate formalized high potential development opportunities and explore new ways to engage and grow high potential talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive a culture of diversity and inclusion; create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment that encourages the full use of the team's diverse talents and abilities.
  • Form collaborative relationships, building on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promotes a learning culture.
  • Help resolve complex and unique employment-related issues and manage employee relations issues fairly, thoroughly, and proactively.
  • Analyze data to track and report on performance against our OKRs and target KPIs for the People team.
  • Set direction, provide appropriate resources, and manage execution plans for change management initiatives.
  • Execute upon special projects and people initiatives as needed. 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years in a HR leadership role, preferably in a high-growth tech company with 1000+ employees. 
  • Experience operating as the strategic business partner for large-scale organizations, with proven ability to support go-to market teams across the globe. 
  • High degree of business acumen, fostering collaboration with leaders to identify business and people priorities.
  • Analytical and goal oriented with demonstrated experience with HR metrics. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a passionate, high energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop solid business relationships with teammates at all levels of the organization.
  • A natural facilitator, able to drive teams to decisions and actions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred.
