What you will do
As Recruiting Operations Manager at Karat, you will optimize operational efficiency across the entirety of our recruitment process by identifying pain points, documenting best practices, and own overall talent metrics. You will maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (currently Greenhouse, but likely to change as we scale) and play a key role in testing, implementing, and elevating other Recruiting-specific technology.
Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote U.S.-based candidates for this role. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Refine, optimize, and document best practices for-scale across all areas of Recruiting (i.e. sourcing, coordination, functional competencies, interview feedback, etc.).
- Own and manage all Talent team documentation (e.g. job description and offer templates, internal team guides, etc.).
- Provide accurate, clear, and regularly cadenced reporting on the entire recruiting pipeline to ensure Karat is tracking towards quarterly hiring goals and ensuring a strong, memorable candidate experience.
- Identify and evaluate recruiting systems, tools, and vendor partnerships that continuously optimize and expand our processes, talent pipeline, and experience.
- Manage a variety of projects (long-term, ad-hoc, tactical, strategic, etc.) from concept/design through implementation, measurement, and improvement.
- Ensure a smooth integration between our systems and vendors (e.g. Checkr, Gem, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Build and provide dedicated reporting and processes support to People and Recruiting leaders through deep-dive analysis.
The experience you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting Operations role with a focus creating organizational and operational efficiencies
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter, and/or Sourcer nice-to-have
- Consistent track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
- Strong project management skills with experience driving projects from beginning to end
- Experience working with rapid-scale, high-growth, quick-change companies preferred
- Proficient withGreenhouse CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem desired
