Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Karat’s recruiter experience. Lead development of recruiter workflows, analytics, dashboards, automation, integrations, and candidate-to-opportunity matching. Partner with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams, conduct customer discovery, analyze usage data, run experiments, and build enterprise product offerings for recruiting customers.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Karat’s technical assessment and interview-innovation platform. Define AI-driven assessment capabilities, analyze interview data, design experiments, prioritize product development, and collaborate with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams. Engage technical enterprise leaders, build business cases, support expansion strategies, and communicate product strategy to executives. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates in specified U.S. states.

Manage complex project plans for strategic enterprise accounts, including milestones, schedules, documentation, change orders, design documents, and contract workflows. Coordinate clients and internal stakeholders across US and India time zones, organize meetings and events, triage issues, surface risks, and recommend solutions. The role also involves creating onboarding materials, documentation templates, and operating practices to help establish Karat’s project management function.

Lead external communications for Karat’s CEO, serving as a PR and communications advisor. Own media relations, thought-leadership campaigns, executive platform development, ghostwriting, speaking strategy, media preparation, and PR agency management. The part-time role operates remotely but requires consistent schedule overlap with executives in the Greater Seattle Area.

Design, write, test, review, and improve advanced technical interview content, including complex coding exercises, debugging challenges, engineering scenarios, and reference solutions. Use AI-assisted development tools, candidate performance data, and interviewer feedback to maintain technical accuracy, fairness, and difficulty calibration. Lead peer reviews, resolve underperforming content, collaborate on format decisions, and help establish development standards and documentation. The role requires remote work overlapping with U.S. business hours and is limited to candidates residing in Bengaluru.

Own the health and performance of technical interview content through dashboards, quality metrics, monitoring systems, AI-powered analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement of content fairness, reliability, and consistency, while partnering with Content Development and Architect teams. Communicate risks, trends, recommendations, and performance updates to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, large-scale analytics, business intelligence, AI automation, and independent strategic problem-solving.

Design, build, test, and validate technical interview content, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and engineering scenarios. Write reference solutions across programming languages, use AI-assisted development tools, conduct peer reviews, and improve content based on candidate performance data and interviewer feedback. Collaborate with Content Architecture to maintain standards, templates, documentation, and assessment quality while working remotely with schedule overlap during U.S. business hours.

Build and grow a high-quality interviewer network by sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and coordinating across teams. Use AI tools to screen candidates, track supply metrics, maintain ATS data, and identify process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and retention.
