Communicate risks, trends, recommendations, and performance updates to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, large-scale analytics, business intelligence, AI automation, and independent strategic problem-solving.

Own architecture and evolution of Karat's GTM tech stack. Serve as primary Salesforce and GTM systems architect, design workflows, automations, integrations, governance, reporting, and AI-powered efficiencies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations.

Build and grow a high-quality interviewer network by sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and coordinating across teams. Use AI tools to screen candidates, track supply metrics, maintain ATS data, and identify process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and retention.

Lead and scale Karat's Interview Engineer supply by designing and executing acquisition initiatives, leveraging AI and data to optimize the funnel, managing a small team, and driving cross-functional projects to improve marketplace growth and supply health.

Own vision, strategy, and execution for Karat's interview platform. Define roadmap and AI-driven product innovations, prioritize features, partner with engineering, content, and UX, analyze assessment data, run experiments, and work with GTM teams to scale offerings and drive business impact.

As a Community Engineer, you will develop AI-powered tools and maintain community operations, engaging with diverse software engineers and delivering projects independently.

Serve as the principal technical advisor for enterprise clients: architect and implement Karat interview frameworks, present solutions to prospects, lead onboarding and executive training, analyze performance data with Content and Data teams, deliver strategic recommendations, and drive continuous GTM and Customer Operations improvements. Up to 20% travel.
