The role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and interview coordination. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate who wants to be part of a growing recruiting team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop his or her skills in recruiting, can multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a start-up environment. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective to help us scale and grow.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
- Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
- Track and report on interview numbers
- Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems
- Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates, and ensure the interview experience is seamless
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in fast paced role
- Desire to develop and grow within Recruiting and Human Resources
- Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexible to support changing business needs
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
