About the Opportunity 

WeWork is currently seeking a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to support the rapidly growing  Community Management team in the United States. This position will partner with hiring managers to find them top talent (internal & external) for their expanding teams. In this role, you’ll: 

  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives, and identify recruiting strategies to address them

  • Own the strategy to recruit all levels of candidates including niche, technical candidate talent pools. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners

  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience

  • Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers

  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing WeWork

  • Manage jobs in Workday (HCM) and Greenhouse (ATS) through monitoring and progress reporting

  • Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices

  • Own and project manage the internal mobility process and partner with HRBPs to ensure program compliance and positive employee experience  

  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques/practices

  

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in closing senior level candidates and negotiating offers

  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers of all levels on recruiting decisions

  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

  • Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities, and pivoting as needs change

  • Organized and detail oriented - This role is all about the details - You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner

  • Results-driven and metrics-oriented

  • Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions

  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
