What you will do
Your role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with technology leaders and HR to identify, attract and acquire top technology talent to support Stryker's organizational needs. W

Recruit

• You use your strength and passion in finding candidates with advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
• You chart the course by defining and executing the best candidate attraction strategies
• You share a compelling career opportunities based on the candidate's motivation
• You use market data and are a subject matter expert in your assigned function
• You positively promote Stryker's brand

Advise & Lead

• Listen to and understand the needs of stakeholders
• Provide hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
• Influence hiring managers with market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making
• Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers
• Tactfully drive the hiring process
• Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS for data integrity for reporting

Innovate

• Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices
• Participate in projects, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function

What you need

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of work experience; recruiting experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience
• IT recruiting experience preferred

This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado
