Joining Collibra's People Partner team:

Collibra seeks an innovative, agile, data-oriented Senior People Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, global environment. This critical, individual contributor role will partner with our businesses to design and execute strategies for how we organize, staff, develop, motivate and retain our most valuable asset, our employees. People Partners at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Build a strategic partner relationship with our Global Tech teams’ senior leadership to develop solutions for their business objectives and challenges as well as optimize the organizational design with the right people in the right roles 
  • Support and advise key stakeholders in allocated regions including Poland, Germany and Czech Republic ensuring compliance in all initiatives 
  • Advise on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and high engagement of key talent within supported global group and local region
  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes to processes to deliver mind-blowing [internal] customer experiences for our staff as you sherpa employees through their lifecycle at Collibra. Note: many of these frameworks still are being built by the  Talent Management and Total Rewards teams and will require a partner with the agility to quickly pivot and execute new programs
  • Ideate, create and improve talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment through influence and close partnerships with People Centers of Excellence 
  • Working with our People Operations team to ensure all staff changes are captured accurately and on time and updated within the HRIS system and payroll process

You Have:

  • 6+ years' of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior executives in a Tech (optimally Engineering) organization and balancing priorities with multiple senior leaders in evolving/growing/changing companies
  • Worked at a global, fast-growing and ever-changing technology company (preferably SaaS)
  • Strong Knowledge of International Employment laws and compliance regulations, specifically for multiple countries the EMEA region
  • Experience in dealing with the end to end process for employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, etc.
  • Exceptional instincts/experiences leveraging HR strategies to drive business outcomes and financial results, including collaborating with FP&A

You Are:

  • Proficient in English and comfortable public speaking in front of senior leadership
  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail under pressure & working with high volumes, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible and able to work in ambiguous situations, push back, ask questions & comfortable in environments of change
  • Analytical, with a passion for using data to build strategies and measure their effectiveness
  • Comfortable ideating, creating and improving talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment
  • Committed to an “ownership mindset” with high degree of accountability 

Reporting to Collibra's Sr. Director of People - Global Tech, the measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have begun to build strong, trusting relationships with group of global key stakeholders
  • Within your third month, you will have evaluated the talent gaps and built a strategy to address by partnering with Talent Management
