We are excited to be hiring our first People Partner (HRBP) to drive our department-level people strategy for our Community Support (CS) function. Our ideal candidate should be able to jump from more tactical employee relations conversations to strategic organizational design discussions with our CS leadership team and Talent Acquisition. You will also partner with the Senior Manager, People & Talent to develop standard operating procedures and policy while keeping connectRN’s commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion at the forefront.

You will...

  • Proactively partner with CS managers to maintain a high-performance culture, hold their teams accountable, and operate with inclusivity
  • Be a listening ear and support team members through a wide variety of complex employee relations situations, ensuring that all voices and perspectives are heard
  • Provide career coaching and developmental conversations with the intentions of building a culture of continuous improvement and to retain top talent
  • Advise on HR policy to ensure compliance with US laws, regulations, and best practices, collaborating closely with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, & Legal teams as necessary
  • Analyze metrics and employee engagement trends through surveys, creating solutions when inefficiencies are identified
  • Work on projects focused on performance management, annual reviews, workforce planning, employee recognition, and compensation

You have...

  • Proven experience in a coaching-focused role in a hypergrowth environment; experience supporting distributed, hourly employees preferred
  • Passion for furthering connectRN's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our policies, practices, and culture 
  • Strong written communication skills to write or edit critical documents from performance plans to annual reviews to employee policies and communications 
  • Exceptional relationship building skills to offer expert insight to business leaders and quickly gain trust with remotely distributed CS staff
  • Tact to navigate challenging employee conversations with impeccable judgment and legal compliance
  • Ability to independently prioritize in quickly moving environments and manage complex projects
  • Top-notch root cause problem solving abilities with a mindset for continuous improvement
