About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced, passionate People Operations Manager to join our People Team! The People Operations Manager will play an important role on our team, partnering cross-functionally to manage and improve our people processes as we continue to grow and scale. 

What you’ll do: 

-Oversee all aspects of benefits in partnership with our brokers, from administration and vendor relationships to annual open enrollment, ensuring our plan design is competitive and aligns with our overall benefits philosophy

-Develop and assist in managing our compensation program, including benchmarking, leveling and the annual planning cycle

-Take ownership on HR compliance and manage any necessary audits 

-Liaise with outside immigration counsel and support US employee immigration cases

-Maintain and update our People-related policies (ex: employee handbook), procedures and practices to ensure we are compliant, competitive and equitable 

-Lead the end-to-end project management for People Team projects related to HR systems, benefits, compensation and learning & development

-Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and update existing People operation processes (ex: onboarding, offboarding, etc...), as needed, to ensure they are effective, efficient and scalable 

-Design programs and resources to facilitate continued learning and professional development

-Drive our People analytics to ensure high-quality data and enable robust reporting and business insights

Requirements:

• 6+ years in a People Operations role within a fast-paced organization (ideally in the tech sector) 
• A strong communicator with the ability to prioritize and be hands-on.
• Exceptional project management skills
• Experienced benefits and compensation administrator
• Strong knowledge of people analytics, performance management, and compensation management
• An innovative approach to people topics
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to a company’s evolving stages and needs
• Experience with a rapidly changing work environment
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
