SWORD Health Technology is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our People Experience Team. You will help manage and optimize the processes and areas that best support our growing SWORD team and provide a seamless employee experience across all levels of the organization. As the first point of contact for all People Operations related needs, you will have a huge impact on the day-to-day employee experience. This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of People Experience, but works closely with the US People Operations Manager. 


General responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration of a variety of people system tools (HRIS, Engagement, and Performance Management) and maintaining accurate records by performing regular audits and reporting.

• Process all employee changes within our HRIS across the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-hire onboarding activities, I-9 verifications, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.; ensure timely communication to Payroll & Benefits, Finance, and IT as needed.

• Support Director of People Experience in routine data audits related to policy compliance matters.

• Coordinate a smooth new hire onboarding experience, including employee data entry and ensuring new hires receive their welcome kits.

• Respond to requests for employment verifications, leave claims, and unemployment claims.

• Partner with People Operations Manager to support HR program tasks including engagement survey, talent reviews, and other ad-hoc projects.

• Own general administration, purchases and inventory of employee swag products for the US.

• Provide high touch support to employees by responding to People Operations related questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach.

• Maintain strict confidentiality around sensitive data.


Requirements:

• BA/BS and/or 1-2 years experience in an administrative support role preferably in HR or operations.

• Mac proficient with advanced skills in Microsoft office and Google Workspace (aka G-suite).

• A people-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible customer service to all employees.

• Exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in making sure everything goes according to plan.

• Problem solver and takes initiative to find a solution but knows when to escalate and to whom to escalate.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Energetic and outgoing, and have a knack for building and maintaining working relationships.

• Able to manage multiple projects in an organized, efficient manner while interacting with people in multiple formats, including Slack, email, and virtual face-to-face.

• Desire to be an integral part of the company culture by helping all of us to do our best work.

• Comfort with ambiguity - the only constant is change, and your role will likely evolve over time!
