Operations & Talent Attraction Sr. Associate Summary:

The Operations and Talent Attraction Senior Associate will collaborate with teams across the firm through various project and coordination efforts related to Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Attraction. This role will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties including day-to-day TA system support, data analysis and reporting.

Essential Duties (Required duties employees must accomplish and performance is measured)

Operations

  • Support and assist in process improvements and project/program management efforts, such as but not limited to creating and updating process documentation, company and department presentations, reports, meeting preparation, etc.
  • Help identify opportunities for operational improvements in our candidate and hiring process and implement changes to keep them effective and efficient
  • Simplify, refine and document best practices across all of TA, including but not limited to coordination, scheduling, sourcing, candidate experience and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system workflows as well as TA processes and procedures
  • Develop user guides and provide training sessions on processes and vendor system enhancements to support an efficient user experience for TA Team
  • Act as issue resolution and escalation liaison for all Talent Acquisition systems
  • Partner closely with TA Coordinator Leads to drive best practices and process efficiencies for the TA Coordinators
  • Train Coordinators and Senior Associate Coordinator Leads as needed to help provide level 1 support for TA systems
  • Schedule and organize TA leadership team and project meetings and maintain agenda as needed
  • Help manage both long term and ad-hoc strategic TA Operational projects 65%
  • Data & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to support field recruiters and coordinators in day to day operations
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on KPIs and project status to share regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders
  • Assist with overall TA Budget forecasting and assessment 25%
  • Vendor Management
  • Maintain talent acquisition vendor contracts and assist with invoice management/submission to AP team; Project
  • Manage vendor contracting process using OneTrust system
  • Research cutting-edge technologies and evaluate the recruiting stack 5%
  • Other duties as assigned 5%


Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or
  • Business preferred or equivalent work experience


TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation both written and verbal and listening skills
  • Experience leading small to medium projects
  • Previous experience working in timeline driven environments
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment


EXPERIENCE

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

  • 4+ years of project coordination and/or TA or HR experience
  • Experience working with Recruiting systems and third-party vendors to resolve issues, pursue enhancements and implement changes preferred


LEADERSHIP SKILLS

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

  • Experience in building effective relationships across an organization
  • Aptitude for overcoming obstacles, proactively managing expectations and relationships, providing innovative ideas and sharing best practices
