You will:

Manage our Early Career Recruiting Program: Early Career Talent Acquisition at LiveRamp searches for bright, early in career talent to bring fresh perspectives, passion, expertise, and immediate impact to fuel LiveRamp’s growth. We are passionate about DIB (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging), stellar candidate experiences, continual program enhancement, innovative approaches and problem solving - we hope you are too!  

You will manage a team of two TA Partners focused on Early Career and build the Early Talent recruiting strategy from vision to execution. Plan on wearing many hats ranging from building and internally promoting the value proposition for Early Career hiring, determining hiring goals with internal partners, creating diversity & inclusion initiatives, internship program management, event planning, and devising our Early Career employer branding. You’ll also proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders and make recommendations based on consistently-tracked data.

Lead our Internal Mobility Program: We love our employees!  At LiveRamp, we want to see our employees grow and develop their careers through internal opportunities.  You will manage our Internal Mobility Specialist and partner with our TA Team, People & Culture Partners, Hiring Managers and work cross functionally within LiveRamp to deliver an expedited & seamless internal transfer experience for our employees and hiring teams.

Develop our Recruiting Events & Programs: Working closely with our entire TA and DIB team, you will drive the strategy, process and execution of recruiting events with a focus on candidate experience, while helping to define and promote our Employee Value Proposition and regularly report on the ROI of our event strategy.

About you: 

  • 5-7 years of program management and recruiting experience with specialization within either University Recruiting (Early Career), Internal Mobility and/or Recruiting Events 
  • Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passionate about entry level talent and diversity hiring practices
  • Excellence in relationship building, consulting, negotiation skills both internally and externally
  • You take initiative and build productive partnerships.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset that demonstrates critical thinking abilities and an analytical and quantitative approach
  • Great communication skills both internally and externally. You always answer emails and calls within 24 hours.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, tools, and technologies. 
  • Willingness to learn, develop skills, gather feedback and improve (a growth mindset)
  • Able to embrace change with a positive attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
  • Willing to travel periodically to our San Francisco headquarters.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in Greenhouse
  • Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment that moves with a constant sense of urgency.
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse, Workday, Hirevue & G-Suite.
