Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead HR Analyst

• Location: 100% Remote
• Duration: Contract (6+ months)

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• HR Technology and Integrations team is implementing Workday in December.
• Modules are as follows: core payroll, recruiting, talent, compensation, reporting and benefits.
• We need Workday Analysts that have experience in one or more (preferred) of these modules.
• Resources should have experience post-production; once systems are live, to troubleshoot issues and assist with the Workday test phase.
• Helping to create test scenarios, execute and troubleshoot defects, create process documentation and business processes, understanding risks and considerations.
• This resource will also assist with Workday Data validation and conversion efforts, integrations, report testing and support requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be technically savvy and should have the ability to navigate Excel (advanced functions), big data, Prisim/Reporting experience is not a must, however a definite PLUS in this role, data analytics, dashboarding & integrations.
• MUST HAVE a background in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Different titles range from Systems Administrator, HR Technology Analyst, HR Analyst/Lead, etc.,
• At least 2-4 years of experience supporting HR Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
