The Human Resources Coordinator-Onboarding will work as a member of a team to provide a high quality, friendly experience to all corporate employees onboarding at Aya Healthcare. They will primarily assist with administration of offer letters, benefits administration, onboarding documents and other policies while developing rapport with our team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Human Resources Department, and make an impact in the organization. This role will have a hybrid schedule.

The Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and takes pride on providing extraordinary customer service for current and new team members
- Ensure a seamless and exemplary benefits enrollment experience for corporate employees
- Assist employees regarding benefits inquiries, status changes and other general inquiries
- Think on your feet while using your strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Administer and manage compliance and correspondence of 60+ new employees per week
The Human Resources Coordinator Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Education in the HR field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a customer focused attitude
- Meticulous and detail oriented mindset

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $25.48 to $27.40 hourly, which equates to $53,000 to $57,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
