What you'll be able to do:
This position reports to HR Business Operation Director, Corporate Staffsand is responsible for providing strategic HRBO support to our Corporate Staffs function (including Finance, Policy, Office of General Council and others)focusing on the areas of talent acquisition and management, culture management and employee engagement.

  • Builds strong relationships with senior leaders and provides thought partnership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: performance management, career planning, coaching, data analysis, succession planning, talent acquisition, DEI, recognition programs, and learning and development.
  • Leverages data and analytics to inform a point of view, and create actionable insights in support of strategic people priorities
  • Supports org design efforts attending to both present and future business aspirations
  • Supports change management efforts in a global, virtual, complex, and ambiguous environment
  • Partners with leadership and uses data to identify skill and capability gaps, key talent, retention risks, and engagement opportunities
  • Assists in the development and execution of targeted interventions related to organizational performance, process improvement, learning, leadership, employee development, and high performing teams
  • Uses human-centered design empathy to inform decisions and create products and services that improve the employee experience
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years ofHR experience in following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and/or employee relations.

Our preferred requirements:

  • Master's degree or MBA with a concentration in HR or a related field
  • Experience with high-performing projects or teams
  • Experience with organizational change initiatives
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • Action-oriented with a focus on calculated risk-taking, speed and simplicity
  • Experience in a unionized environment
  • Experience in using Design Thinking and Agile practices
  • Experience partnering with senior-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technology and tools that support collaboration
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment law
