Job Overview

As an HRIS Analyst I, you will work cross-functionally throughout the organization to document, troubleshoot and research business and functional processes, as well as, assist internal customers with identifying ongoing business needs. You will support testing and configuration of HR systems and generate reports to support HR functions (including compensation, performance management, workforce analytics, etc.) You will also review and ensure that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules, business processes and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with HRIS Teammates to define and document business requirements.
  • Assist in providing recommendations, design options and implement solutions.
  • Support HRIS system projects and process, providing regular project updates, and
  • meeting project deadlines.
  • Partners with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports.
  • Perform system audits to support system security and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot, document, test and implement system processes and solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain proper end-user system support documentation.
  • Partner on providing guidance and recommendations to the Talent teammates by staying abreast of current HR trends and keeping teammate experience and ease of use at the core of HR systems and processes. •
  • Create and administer business process documentation and functional business requirements, include test scripts, incident documentation and resolutions •
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email and PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor message so that complex, technical issues are understood by intended audience
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
  • Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other HRMS preferred
