LivePerson is looking for a creative HR Generalist as part of the Global People Group team based in Bulgaria. You will be responsible for daily human resources related activities and report to our Global HR Business Partner.

You will:

• Play a key role in the onboarding of new employees
• Be the first contact for client groups; address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
• Manage and escalate employee issues that arise
• Collect and analyze data on staffing levels, budgets and salary information
• Support monthly payroll processing by tracking employee related changes
• Help analyze results from our employee survey and contribute to possible solutions or new ideas
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions, and employee benefits
• Process benefit applications, coordinate benefit enrollment and handle associated correspondence in partnership with the global reward team
• Facilitate and communicate organizational policies, recommended best practices to maintain compliance
• Perform other tasks as assigned

You have:

• 5+ years of human resources experience as an HR generalist
• Specific knowledge of Bulgaria/ Eastern European employment law
• Collaboration to build professional relationships and work well within a global collaborative environment
• Ability to act and demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Experience in an international environment
• Fluency in English language, verbal and written, additional European languages will be great.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
