Overview:
Reporting to Senior Director of Human Resources, you be an important HR business partner and support our global, growing and evolving organizational and people needs.
You will:
- Align with local management team on translating priorities into an HR agenda; develop and implement corporate programs related to human resources, change management, organizational integration, talent management and performance management.
- Consult with employees and managers to address causes of engagement and development issues; resolve employee relations, taking into consideration a larger network of complex factors.
- Partner with other Business Partners and utilize change management skills to facilitate processes to support business objectives and implementation of global programs.
- Participate in company-wide projects (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).
- Role model the concepts and skills we teach with commitment to our values.
You have:
- 5+ years' progressive HR experience, with primary competencies in talent management, performance management, change management and employee communications relations.
- Experience in a high-tech fast growth organization and ability to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes.
- Knowledge of federal and state requirements.
- Proven results as a partner with senior management teams.
- Capacity to manage HR initiatives across departments and within a matrixed global organization.
- Ability to manage confidentiality concerning employee information.
- In-depth knowledge of core compensation philosophy and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
