HR Business Partner - 1308
The HR Business Partner is responsible for the management of the employee life cycle and employment-related processes. The HR Business Partner role is responsible for employee relations, ensuring employment compliance standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed.
Expected Duties
- Employee relations, investigations
- Research labor laws and how they affect current company policy, procedures, and forms
- HR projects as needed
- Acts as a strategic partner with management and employees
- Resource on human resources policies and procedures
- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
