The HR Business Partner is responsible for the management of the employee life cycle and employment-related processes. The HR Business Partner role is responsible for employee relations, ensuring employment compliance standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed. 

Expected Duties

• Employee relations, investigations
• Research labor laws and how they affect current company policy, procedures, and forms 
• HR projects as needed 
• Acts as a strategic partner with management and employees 
• Resource on human resources policies and procedures
• Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach 

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment 
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience 
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
