As the Global Recruiting Manager, Internal Mobility, you will work to enable and promote Ford employees' internal movement around the world. With an emphasis on enabling employee growth, you will advise and consult with leaders and your internal team to ensure visibility and access to internal career opportunities for all employees.

You will drive the internal mobility strategy - and enhance internal career opportunities through innovative technical solutions and internal communications.You'll work with our global leaders to ensure that our internal mobility access and processes are consistent throughout our organization.

What you will be able to do

  • Coordinate and deliver global internal recruitment strategies that support Ford employees' freedom to move.
  • Be the Global POV owner for internal recruitment in developing strategies and alignment across the enterprise.
  • Create collaborative practices to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and be a reliable talent resource to the internal customers and hiring managers.
  • Build a team of internal recruiters who will shepherd the internal openings through our process ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Provide Thought Leadership to the internal recruitment team.
  • Continually enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and DEI partners to support internal movement
  • Partner with marketing and branding on the evolution of theInternalFord employer Brand, to ensure the Ford employees are aware of our internal processes
  • Care for, inspire, and empower the internal recruitment team
  • Provide subject matter expertise to our internal stakeholders on "best in class" internal mobility strategies.
  • Serve as the Ford Internal Mobility SME, keeping abreast of and helping to shape industry standards.

The minimum requirements we seek

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience
  • 5+ years leading teams in recruiting, talent development or Human Resources.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience growing a recruiting team process from startup to scale

  • Proven success designing, supporting, and improving people processes.
  • Ability to navigate and lead a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • Proven organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and follow-up skills
