We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who takes pride in providing an exceptional candidate experience while exceeding any and all client expectations. As a Recruiter at FoundHuman, you’ll attract candidates in creative ways collaborating with our sourcing teams, manage and maintain candidate relationships, and ultimately close and hire exceptional candidates and build amazing teams for our clients. You will deliver exceptional value on your projects delivering our clients with remarkable consultative services. 

What You'll Do:

• Know the market by staying deeply connected to what is happening in the technology industry
• Identify talent, source, and screen; constantly calibrate the company wants/needs while ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Work with the sourcing team to define sourcing strategies
• Leverage networking, email, social media, events, and job postings to engage with your audience while upholding your customer’s brand standards
• Evaluate, screen, and qualify candidates with the mission to build exception teams for our customers 
• When the right fit is made, work with the hiring managers and candidates to negotiate win-win offers that are accepted and celebrated. 
• Work with the Talent Solutions Consultant and the client to optimize the interview process, targeting focus areas to ensure we're evaluating the appropriate signals and following efficient and inclusive hiring practices 
• Contribute internally to FoundHuman’s constant and consistent pursuit to innovate

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of sourcing or full life-cycle recruiting experience
• 1+ years of Recruiting, or related experience, within the technology industry
• Experience supporting high growth companies
• Functional knowledge of application development technologies and methodologies
• A love of technology and the startup ecosystem 
• Drive with resilience to succeed and an almost maniacal commitment to customer success
