Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify creative ways to build effective talent pipelines; develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle
  • Provide a superior experience to all stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
  • Post internal and external job requisitions and screening candidates in order to hire the best of the best
  • Partner with Recruitment Coordinator for the scheduling of interview sessions and to ensure the pre-employment process is successfully completed for all selected candidates
  • Participate in hiring events and career fairs both locally and nationally
  • Ensure compliance with Envoy policies, processes and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws
  • Involvement in departmental activities and tasks, including administrative responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and TA Team to identify creative retention initiatives
  • Ability to succeed in a metrics driven environment with emphasis on time to fill (TTF), quality of hire, generating and maintaining metrics reports
  • Understand our end to end recruiting process, and provide guidance on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes
  • Develop and analyze recruiting data to provide key insights and recommendations on a go-forward basis and produce monthly/annual recruiting reports to track and monitor hiring goals and metrics.
  • Provide internal stakeholder training where applicable
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering operational efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition function forward
  • Understand data and their uses in order to make recommendations about the best ways to visualize data for stakeholders
  • Manage Exit and Retention Surveys and report trends
  • Communicate analyses and recommendations to various cross-functional stakeholders; Support Talent Acquisition leadership on developing analytics capability/literacy across the organization
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, digital marketing/social media, and have some design capabilities. You will use digital channels to convey standardized employer branding and make articulated & impactful job pitches to candidates. You will also work to create strategic partnerships online and otherwise to network and support our recruitment programs.
  • Develop, implement and market the strategy for external recruitment events and programs
  • Create event flyers and other marketing materials
  • Field inquiries regarding all programs via phone, email, and social channels



Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Proven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and be a strong team player in an environment that is fast-paced
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent technical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide regular, consistent, and meaningful information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Effective time-management with the ability to focus on key priorities, under tight and competing deadlines
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently; travel may fluctuate due to hiring needs


Position Preferences

  • Recruiting and recruiting analysis experience highly desired; experience recruiting for high-volume, entry level positions through management-level positions a plus
  • Familiarity of more than one applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
  • Airline industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of MS Excel highly preferred


Additional Position Details

  • Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.
  • This position may be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing. Federal law requires Envoy to determine a candidate's history with the DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position.
