Employee Engagement and Success Manager
Do you want to play a role in global commerce?
As our Manager, Employee Engagement and Success, you will work across Prologis to ensure the company develops and maintains a culture welcoming to all through a comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) strategic plan. In partnership with regional HR Leads, Business Leaders, and our Executive team this role will be critical in helping to develop and implement global KPIs and measurements for DEIB success.
What's needed in order to do that:
  • A genuine interest in helping people succeed, and building a culture of belonging through employee engagement strategies
  • Manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Comfortability with developing dashboards to measure progress
  • An understanding of how to analyze data and ask probative questions
  • Familiarity with developing survey questions and utilizing survey technology
  • Work across the organization to build stakeholder support and engagement for programs and initiatives
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Communicate DEIB strategic progress to various parties on an ongoing basis
  • Support enterprise level DEIB programs including the global mentoring program, employee resource groups, etc.
  • Own the enterprise internal intranet webpage for DEIB; manage updates and communication in partnership with corporate communications teams
  • Cultivate external partnerships with community organizations that align with Prologis' DEIB strategy and philanthropic efforts

Tell us if you're ready.
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred or equivalent work experience, with consideration given to any relevant training or certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience and a demonstrated track record in leading cross functional teams and working with executive leaders
  • Experience leading conceptualizing and implementing social programs in any capacity

An added plus!
  • Expertise related to diversity in the workplace including industry trends, best practices, and applicable regulations, with experience in professional services preferred
  • Project management certification
  • A global perspective on DEIB
  • Professional facilitation skills
  • Advanced degree
