Position
We are looking for a Director of Organizational Development, Learning, and Inclusion to develop and implement strategies, approaches and capabilities around talent assessment, succession planning, learning & development, leadership, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and organizational effectiveness. As a member of a highly collaborative and supportive team, you will be a strategic thinker who also possesses operational rigor and detail orientation; you will collaborate effectively with a broad range of peers and senior stakeholders and be able to lead through influence. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders such as senior leaders to evaluate existing processes and lead projects to build and optimize our talent management platforms while continuing to deliver high quality learning experiences that connect and equip teams and team members to perform, innovate, and develop.
What You'll Do • Cultivate a high-performing learning and development function that is responsible for creating and delivering onboarding, career & professional development, and leadership development programs to equip FBN to perform, innovate and grow.• Through partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partner team, identify skill gaps and deliver learning solutions to address the organization's most critical needs.• Identify and procure or design learning content, training, and learning experiences.• Create training, coaching and mentoring opportunities to improve and empower the employee experience.
Organizational Development • Conduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and drive desired changes and outcomes• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design a talent management strategy and roadmap.• Design and implement a performance management program that aligns with the needs of the organization, and lead the change management strategy.• Create and implement scalable talent management practices, including talent assessment, and succession management practices, to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.• Procure or design and deploy tools and resources for organizational effectiveness and change management.• Provide organizational consulting, coaching and facilitation.• Provides definition and support for global matrix management and transformational initiatives worldwide (operating principles, decision rights, workflow, process improvement)
Performance Enablement • Drives vision, strategy and execution for company wide performance enablement processes and tools
• Lead annual performance enablement process including strategy, timeline, tools and communication plan• Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to establish link between business strategy, OKRs and employee day to day actions
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion • Establish DEI goals for FBN and lead the DEI Strategy by designing and delivering solutions, products and tools.• Oversee the development of programs to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that fosters a sense of belonging and demonstrates our organizational values.• Ensures that our key HR processes have Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles built into them.• Develop and align components of employee experience and value proposition to DEI strategy.• Leverage key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and employee experience.
What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master of Science in Human Resources Development, Organizational Psychology/Development or similar preferred)• 10+ years of leadership experience in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, or learning & development• Excellent people and team leadership skills to cultivate a high performing team• Well-rounded knowledge of all areas of talent, including learning and development, succession planning; organizational development; workforce planning; assessments; coaching; and talent strategy• Strong business acumen with the ability to relate HR and talent needs to those of the wider enterprise• Excellent operational skills to include planning, logistics, program management and scheduling with a history of building and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
We are looking for the following • 10+ years as a People or and/or operational leader• Strong Project management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.• Strong executive presence & communication, proven ability to influence and coach leaders, and exceptional interpersonal skills.• Powerful Strategic thinking capabilities, and can naturally translate strategy into plans for execution.
• You understand that HR can be a strategic lever for a company, and you have the strategic and creative horsepower to increase the People team's impact at FBN.• You are comfortable driving multiple, disparate initiatives at once and adapting as priorities shift.• A truth seeker and an unflinching advocate for our people and staying true to our values.• Ability to connect with others through a clear and compassionate communication style. What You Will Do
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies in partnership with People and ELT leaders as it relates to recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention. Influence better decisions related to people practices and priorities through compelling data, analysis, and recommendations for FBN's business that aligns with the talent principles. Partner with Communications to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events, and progress. Establish governance, budget, and oversight for business-aligned D&I work that impacts FBN's workforce Partner with Talent to design diversity and summer internship programs. Partner with the HR systems and Ops teams to develop and analyze metrics for measuring progress.
The following represents FBN's reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range of possible compensation for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $178,000 - $208,000.
This salary range may vary based on geography and variations in cost of labor. Beyond the above or adjusted to market salary range, FBN also offers all full-time employees competitive equity compensation, health and wellness benefits, and various perks.
