Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the growth of ATPCO. Working within the People and Culture Team, you will drive the hiring process to discover talent to join the company. You will work with hiring managers throughout the company to build relationships, pinpoint their needs, and find the right fit for their teams in order to accomplish their business goals.
You will:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from preparation to offer acceptance
Build the employer brand and define and develop recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet company needs
Source and engage potential candidates for positions across multiple teams
Identify and screen candidates through various sources and platforms
Assist with recruitment for both local and international positions by working with the respective hiring teams
Work with the hiring team and stakeholders to gain alignment and deliver a superior candidate experience
Manage and update the internal recruitment database and applicant tracking system
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience recruiting in house or at an agency
Ability to influence and manage people to drive outcomes
Can navigate sensitive situations and information thoughtfully
Is eternally optimistic and enjoys laughing while at work
Is creative and can tell a story while building a brand for ATPCO
Can work autonomously and manage processes with distributed stakeholders
Prior experience and familiarity with recruiting highly skilled engineers and developers is a plus
