We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in HR practices. As an HR Trainee, you will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure documentation is complete.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
