With us you will:
Work with HR Business Partners and with Business leaders on HR projects around learning & development, engagement, retention and HR data analytics.
Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with leaders across all levels of Lodz manufacturing site
Support recruitment processes within the HR department, driving talent attraction through employer branding campaigns, partnerships with schools and universities, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues
You can expect:
Traineeship for 9 months on employment contract
Flexibility in working hours (at least 80% FTE )

Job Qualifications
Apply if you are:
Either a student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year or fresh alumni of BA or MA studies
Proficient in Polish and proficient or advanced in English language
An individual with strong leadership skills
Very strong in communication, collaboration and social skills
Solution-oriented with an ability to translate ideas into action
An individual with initial HR experience gathered via i.e., work in student organizations, internships/or strong interest in the area
Creative and open to new ideas
