Scope : Americas (Airgas)
Accountabilities & related Activities
Execute administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and Service now.
Provide initial point-of-contact support via chat, email, and phone with a high degree of professionalism
Execute effectively to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.
Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations
Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified
Process Optimization & CIs: Collaborate with Continuous improvement projects to make processes under scope more efficient.
Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable.
