Scope : Americas (Airgas)
Accountabilities & related Activities
Monitor and execute active workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution according to internal SLOs.
Maintain a solid understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support
End-to-End Onboarding Management: Lead candidate communication from offer to start date, ensuring a premium candidate experience and seamless integration.
Background Check Oversight: Manage and monitor the background screening process via Workday and HireRight (background check vendor), proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
Conduct or work with vendors to obtain background and/or reference checks on potential candidates and new hires, monitor their progress and notify the client of cleared status when requests are completed.
Data Integrity & Handoffs: Maintain real-time accuracy in the New Hire Tracker and execute high-quality handoffs to the broader HR team to ensure Day 1 readiness.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, random screening, and credentialing process.
Collaborate with continuous improvement ideas that help optimize processes under scope and generates better customer experience
Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified
Expected Competencies
Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable.
Training or certification
Knowledge of Workday Solutions, Service Now, Google G-Suite, HireRight, desirable.
