- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units
- Support managers in handling employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases
- Assist in implementing performance management processes (KPIs, evaluations, coaching)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower requirements and hiring coordination
- Monitor employee engagement and help drive retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in organizational development initiatives and team structure improvements
- Prepare HR reports and analyze basic HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends)
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in an HRBP or supervisory role
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling volume employees (e.g., sales, collections, operations)
- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CHRP) are an advantage
