The Business Product Manager will lead strategy, development, integration, commercialization, and lifecycle management for digital payments, wallets, merchant services, and embedded financial products. Responsibilities include preparing requirements, coordinating engineering and cross-functional teams, managing payment integrations, ensuring regulatory and risk compliance, leading testing and launches, monitoring product KPIs, and improving customer experience and financial inclusion initiatives.

Designs and manages nationwide sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, field coaching, and continuous development. Creates training content, identifies performance gaps, monitors KPIs, manages trainers, maintains records, and reports training outcomes. Partners with regional and territory managers to improve sales execution, conversion, retention, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

Leads field and sales-related fraud investigations involving merchants, business developers, agents, and staff misconduct. Conducts verification visits and interviews, identifies fraud patterns, prepares investigation reports, recommends corrective actions, develops prevention controls, and partners with Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections, Verification, and Operations. Trains field teams on fraud detection and prevention while supporting fraud-loss reduction across SME lending and merchant operations.

Leads investigations into fraud, theft, forgery, collusion, and financial crimes; analyzes suspicious transactions, collects and preserves evidence, conducts interviews, prepares investigation reports, identifies control weaknesses, supports asset recovery, and coordinates criminal cases with law-enforcement authorities.

Provide corporate and commercial legal support for PalmPay Bangladesh: draft and manage contracts, advise business teams, ensure regulatory compliance, handle disputes and litigation coordination, maintain legal governance, support audits, and train stakeholders.

Lead PalmPay Bangladesh's HR function by developing HR strategy, driving talent management, employee relations, performance and succession planning, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh labour law, building HR operations and metrics, and partnering with leaders to support growth and change management.

Provide legal advice and support on labor law, IP, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters for PalmPay Bangladesh. Draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, prepare opinions, support compliance reviews and internal investigations, and coordinate with external counsel and regulators. Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations; deliver legal training and maintain legal records.

Lead BI and analytics for consumer finance lending products: analyze end-to-end loan lifecycle, monitor lending KPIs, build automated dashboards and real-time monitoring, support risk/collections/fraud analytics, drive portfolio and product performance insights, mentor junior analysts, and translate data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Support QA and operational excellence by monitoring field execution, reviewing SOP compliance, analyzing performance and market visibility, preparing reports, and assisting training delivery to improve field performance.

Lead design and delivery of standardized, scenario-based training for Sales, Credit Review (KYC/KYB), Fraud, Collections, and Customer Support in a fintech setting. Manage regional trainers, align content with compliance and product updates, run simulations and assessments, monitor KPIs (fraud reduction, approval rates, quality), and continuously improve training materials and SOPs to support operational readiness and launches.

Manage Philippine tax compliance and reporting: prepare and file national/local tax returns, support tax accounting and audits, reconcile tax accounts, monitor regulatory changes, advise on tax implications, and improve tax processes and controls.

Field-based Business Development Associate who identifies and onboards merchants to Flexi MFB's Pay With Transfer. Engage business owners, educate them on PWT benefits, assist opening business accounts, and meet daily and weekly onboarding targets. Training provided; strong communication and target-driven attitude required.

Designs and delivers onboarding and continuous training for nationwide sales teams, develops training content and SOPs, conducts classroom and field coaching, measures training effectiveness with KPIs, manages trainers, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to drive sales performance.

Evaluate and analyze credit applications to determine creditworthiness, verify documentation, assess risk, recommend approval/denial or terms, prepare credit reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Lead the SME credit underwriting function, supervise the underwriting team, review and approve complex loan applications, assess financial statements and cash flows, monitor portfolio quality, identify and mitigate emerging credit risks, and collaborate with verification, collections, sales, and risk teams to reduce defaults and improve underwriting standards.

Review and analyze SME loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness and repayment capacity, recommend decisions per credit policy, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor portfolio performance, liaise with field verification and risk teams, and support process improvements to balance growth and portfolio quality.

Support Finance team with voucher management, filing, data entry, invoice and expense documentation, basic reconciliations, record-keeping, and preparation of documents for audits and internal reviews.

Drive BNPL business growth by hitting division sales targets, expanding merchant and partner networks, leading and coaching Sales Officers, implementing area strategies, ensuring compliant shop activation, managing credit and operational risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain portfolio quality.

Lead and oversee all tax matters for the company and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws, managing tax audits and disputes, preparing tax provisions and filings, advising management on tax planning and business initiatives, and developing tax policies while mentoring the finance team.
