Oversee Philippine tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings. Acquire and onboard merchants for PalmPay’s Pay With Transfer solutions. Identify high-potential businesses, deploy and activate Business Account Numbers, meet acquisition and transaction targets, build merchant relationships, and improve activation, usage, retention, and market expansion through ongoing field engagement.

Develops and executes public relations, media relations, thought leadership, and reputation-building initiatives. Responsibilities include creating narratives, securing media coverage, supporting executives, monitoring trends and reputational risks, managing crisis communications, coordinating campaigns, and reporting on media impact. The role requires strong storytelling, Nigerian media expertise, journalist relationships, analytical skills, and experience in PR, corporate communications, journalism, or related fields.

Leads PalmPay Bangladesh’s legal function, including legal strategy, regulatory compliance, contract management, corporate governance, risk mitigation, litigation, employment law, and dispute resolution. Advises executives and the board, manages regulators and external counsel, oversees legal filings and investigations, and leads the Legal team. The role requires extensive fintech, financial services, commercial, corporate, labor law, litigation, and leadership experience.

Acquire and onboard merchants for PalmPay’s Pay With Transfer solutions, deploy and activate business account numbers, achieve daily acquisition and transaction targets, and maintain merchant relationships to improve usage, retention, and growth. The role involves field work, market exploration, merchant engagement, and post-onboarding follow-up.

Leads investigations into fraud, theft, forgery, collusion, and financial crimes; analyzes suspicious transactions, collects and preserves evidence, conducts interviews, prepares investigation reports, identifies control weaknesses, supports asset recovery, and coordinates criminal cases with law-enforcement authorities.

Support QA and operational excellence by monitoring field execution, reviewing SOP compliance, analyzing performance and market visibility, preparing reports, and assisting training delivery to improve field performance.
