About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support and execute key Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in talent management, employee relations, onboarding, performance processes, policy administration, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a people-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with managers and employees across the organization.


RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Ensure employee data is updated in HR systems and personnel files.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives.
  • Promote a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
Talent Management
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Performance & Development
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and follow-up actions.
  • Support learning and development programs.
  • Track employee training and development activities.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee programs.
HR Projects
  • Participate in HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, culture, and process improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
