Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Engineer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying production-ready Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence agents that optimize HR workflows and drive measurable cost reductions.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Develop End-to-End AI Solutions: Design, build, and monitor Machine Learning models and automated agents to streamline multi-step HR processes
Optimize HR Workflows: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify priority processes.
Govern AI Safety and Compliance: Ensure the responsible deployment of all systems by performing rigorous model validation, maintaining strict data governance, and mitigating risk or bias in automated decisions.
Connection with IT: Liaise with IT to drive broader HR solutions within our current tech stack
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of HR function experience - either in a HR COE (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition), HR Operations, or as a HR Business Partner (or as a consultant in the HR space)
2+ years of applied experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning engineering or advanced analytics, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
Experience deploying AI solutions on top of/within Workday and ServiceNow
Advanced technical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow with proven experience scaling "agentic" workflows
Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and rapid prototyping, with the communication skills necessary to explain complex model outputs to non-technical business leaders.
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
