Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational policies while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards across the Latin America region. You will protect the organization by minimizing legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable business growth.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven compliance management systems and Human Resources Information Systems to automate workflows, monitor key metrics, and maintain digital audit trails.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations and advise the business on regulatory obligations.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and local regulations by conducting regular compliance assessments, monitoring legal changes, and delivering targeted training programs to promote a culture of ethical business practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
Strong knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferable.
