Investigate production incidents and billing exceptions, perform root cause analysis, develop functional specifications, gather requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and support testing, deployment, documentation, and compliance. The consultant will assess dependencies across FI-CA, Customer Service, and Device Management while supporting international clients remotely from LATAM.

Configure, support, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP IS-U FI-CA solutions for utility environments. Responsibilities include managing payments, collections, dunning, refunds, clearing, write-offs, deposits, and installment plans; investigating production incidents; performing root cause analysis; gathering requirements; writing functional specifications; coordinating testing and deployments; and supporting integrations with SAP IS-U Billing and FI/GL. The consultant will collaborate with international stakeholders and provide ongoing production and enhancement support.

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for an enterprise AI vision platform running on Kubernetes. Investigate and resolve complex issues involving deployments, containers, infrastructure, networking, hardware, configuration, logs, and distributed systems.
