HR specialist
Work location: Riga, on-site
We are looking for an energetic and easy-going HR Specialist to support our growing team with key HR initiatives, particularly focused on training, recruiting, and reporting. Join our dynamic HR team!
Job Description- Develop and implement training programs across our production factories.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or training roles (preferably in a production or industrial environment).
- Fluent English and Latvian (Russian will be an advantage)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, active, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
