Perform installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive/predictive maintenance on heavy manufacturing equipment. Read mechanical drawings and schematics, use power and hand tools, work independently, and support process improvements. Overtime and shift fill-in required. Located in La Grande, Oregon.

Supervise QC operations in a particleboard plant, oversee production and sanding processes, perform lab testing (physical properties, wet chemistry), enforce safety and environmental compliance, manage hourly QC crew, troubleshoot quality issues, and coordinate with production, maintenance, shipping, and purchasing to ensure consistent, safe, high-quality output.
