We are looking for HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, ensuring reliable processes, accurate HR systems, and high‑quality support for employees and managers. The role will also include future support for the Lithuania team, contributing to consistent HR operations across countries.
In this role, you will go beyond HR administration - helping shape a positive employee experience, build a supportive workplace, and contribute to meaningful initiatives and improvements.
With us you will be responsible for:
Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, statements, and other HR‑related documentation in line with Latvian labor law
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee data in HR systems and ensure proper handling of HR documentation and records
Provide daily HR support to employees and managers by handling requests via the ticketing system and advising on HR‑related matters
Support payroll, benefits, and bonus processes by preparing HR data and coordinating employment changes
Coordinate and deliver smooth onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new employees from day one
Help organize and support internal events and engagement activities that strengthen our company culture
Take part in HR projects, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and development of new ways of working
Provide first-line HR support for the Lithuania team, ensuring timely, high-quality assistance while gradually expanding your role in HR operations across Lithuania
We expect you to have:
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR administration or similar support functions
Good knowledge of Latvian labor law and practical experience with employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
Excellent Latvian and English language skills (working with foreign colleagues)
Strong computer skills and hands‑on experience working with HR systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills and willingness to support employees
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a structured way
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality when handling employee data and sensitive information
