- Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, scheduling).
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document handling and orientation.

- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Draft HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and memos.
- Collaborate with team leads to address employee performance or behavioral concerns.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
