The Role
We are looking for hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing operations in Sofia. You will partner closely with site leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant, and business-focused HR support in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR contact for managers and employees at site level
  • Advise and support managers on performance management, employee relations, and engagement
  • Manage ER cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes in line with Bulgarian labor law
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance reviews, internal moves, exits
  • Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and development of key talent
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and positive employee experience initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, GDPR, and company standards
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze trends (attrition, absenteeism, engagement), and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with Head of HR, L&D, Recruiting, Group HR, and external vendors on projects and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven HRBP/HR Generalist experience in BPO, SSC, contact center, or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor law
  • Hands-on, proactive, and business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance cases
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with HR metrics
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English
