We are currently looking for HR Specialist with Finnish language skills to join our team in Develop & Perform at UPM Global HR Service Center located in Eximius Park in Zabierzów, Kraków area.

What you will do  

  • Support the local UPM units in various tasks related to training

  • Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes and policies

  • Keep the HR data in Workday system accurate and up to date

  • Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives with a possibility of implementing your own ideas

  • Be responsible for learning and development activities for UPM employees

  • Coordinate face-to-face and digital training sessions

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Make practical arrangements, manage participants, collect feedback

  • Create reports

  • Verify training invoices

Who you are  

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study

  • You have a drive for Human Resources

  • You are comfortable working with software and different systems; strong Excel skills are an advantage

  • You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

  • You can systematically approach a high volume of diverse assignments and handle competing priorities

  • You are committed to quality service and customer satisfaction

  • You work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to fluently speak Finnish and English. The ability to work also in a third language  - Spanish is considered an asset

Additional information about the position

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration.
