The Role
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Work Location: Remote
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Work Timings: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST (Night shift)
Openings: 3
Salary: 12k to 14k + Incentives
Experience: 1.5-2 years
Updated Resume in Word format (Mandatory)
Requirements -
Must know HR domain and recruitment.
Ability to manage workload
Ability to complete the task within the time limit.
Good Knowledge of requirements (IT and NON-IT)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Owning a Laptop and a High-speed Broadband connection is a must.
Good communication skills (English).
Education- Degree in HR domain.
Responsibility - The candidate will have to do postings, search, review resumes, negotiate with candidates, and finalize.
We will start with the mentioned requirements, and then extra responsibility will be added.
