HR Project Coordinator

What's the role?
As our HR Project Coordinator, you help our global People projects move forward. You support a mix of initiatives, from improving internal processes to engagement activities, and you work closely with our PMO to keep things organized and on track.
You support different parts of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and help ensure that tasks are clear, timelines are followed and colleagues stay aligned.

• Support, own and coordinate HR projects and initiatives across the People team
• Help structure work, track progress and follow up on actions
• Keep an overview when multiple activities run in parallel
• Support communication around projects, including updates and information sessions
• Contribute to team initiatives such as HR sessions, the People newsletter and engagement activities
• Help collect insights from feedback and data, and support turning these into simple recommendations
• Bring ideas for improvement and help the team continuously improve how we work

Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys organizing work and supporting others. You like bringing structure to busy environments and are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in how People teams operate and improve.

• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in a coordination or project support role
• Experience working in an international or cross functional environment is a plus
• Interest in HR processes or People topics is helpful, but not required
• You can keep an overview and break work into clear, manageable steps
• Comfortable working with tools to track tasks and progress, for example Jira or similar
• You enjoy working with data and can help turn insights into practical next steps
• A clear and friendly communicator who can adapt your message to different audiences
• You take initiative and like to support improvements, without needing to lead everything yourself
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Exposure to project management approaches or HR systems
