What’s the role?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-first professional to join us as an HR Ops Executive. You’ll own key aspects of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and documentation to benefits, engagement, and data reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and making things work better every day.
What will be your responsibilities?
 

  • Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, including documentation, background checks, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation.
    Support insurance and benefits administration and liaise with vendors for coverage and claims.
  • Lead inductions end-to-end, draft and issue HR policies, and documents in a timely manner.
  • Manage HR dashboards and trackers for headcount, attrition, and reporting needs.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, conduct org events like townhalls, speaker sessions, and internal communication - end to end.
  • Collaborate with IT, Admin, and Finance teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
 

What are we looking for?
 

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles with a strong grasp of HR processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google data studio and familiarity with HRMS platforms (Keka is a plus).
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and people-first mindset.

Skills Required
