Own Nek’s internal order management, CRM, and operational platforms, including logistics and third-party integrations. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Support, Data, Design, and external vendors to improve order workflows, resolve integration issues, evaluate architecture and data flows, and launch scalable product initiatives. Use SQL, analytics tools, funnels, metrics, and A/B testing to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, prioritize improvements, and measure outcomes.

Own data-driven growth for Nek across its app and web platforms. Build behavioral cohorts, personalize user journeys, design and analyze A/B tests, run acquisition and retention experiments, validate growth ideas, and develop playbooks. Use Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, and Python to analyze funnels, automate workflows, maintain dashboards, and monitor business metrics. Translate user and campaign data into recommendations that improve revenue, conversion, activation, and re-engagement.

Analyze A/B experiments, product features, and user behavior to generate actionable product and business insights. Validate event data, maintain trackers, perform quantitative analysis, and identify growth opportunities. Support product managers and business teams while developing and optimizing in-app engagement strategies using Plotline and Clevertap. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data issues and improve user interaction and retention.

Support the video production team by editing long- and short-form content, producing motion graphics and animations, experimenting with visual styles, collaborating on concepts, assisting with graphic creatives and shoots, and taking ownership of assigned projects while learning from senior editors and adapting to brand guidelines.

Support the creative team by designing social media, email, in-app, marketing and branding visuals; assist with presentations and internal materials; contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions; and help on motion graphics/video projects if skilled.

Own lifecycle and re-engagement growth for Nek across Jar’s app and web products. Build data-driven user cohorts, personalize journeys, execute campaigns across push, in-app, and WhatsApp, and measure incremental revenue impact. Independently design A/B tests, analyze funnels and campaign performance, validate growth ideas, prioritize initiatives, and develop playbooks supporting acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

Create and manage Tamil-language content for Instagram and YouTube, including video scripts, storyboards, graphics, written posts, campaigns, and moment marketing. Assist with video shoots, editing, post-production, social media planning, trend monitoring, engagement analysis, and on-ground marketing activities while maintaining brand consistency.

Own end-to-end mutual funds product for first-time investors: define strategy and roadmap, run user research and analytics, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI/AMFI), and drive activation, retention, and AUM growth.

The Customer Support Associate will handle customer queries across chat, voice, and email, conduct surveys, and manage user issues with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Own end-to-end product design for Nek, using behavioral insights and data to create high-fidelity UIs, evolve the design system, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver occasion-led jewellery buying experiences for a vernacular-first Indian audience.
