Role Overview:
The role supports stakeholders across service lines by assisting overall Talent Acquisition strategy and employer branding while directly owning the full recruitment cycle for Shared Services. This role provides essential support and oversight to the People & Culture (P&C) function by ensuring robust Labor Compliance, policy governance, and audit readiness across all people processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive company-wide recruitment effectiveness and maintain P&C Labor Compliance.
- Handles the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) specifically for all roles within the Shared Services.
- Manages and oversees all company sourcing and hiring activities, establishing best practices, standardizing recruitment workflows, and utilizing metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire across the organization.
- Manages and ensures a consistent, timely, and positive onboarding process across all service lines utilizing the Workday platform.
- Oversees the transition from "candidate" to "employee," ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met consistently for data accuracy.
- Serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all internal and external audits that impact HR processes, data, or compliance, working with other departments (e.g., Admin, Legal, Finance).
- Coordinates with external parties (e.g., vendors, government agencies, third-party auditors, ex-employees) to facilitate HR-related requirements and documentation.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Knowledgeable in Workday, applicant tracking system, and other database application programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
- Team-player, results-oriented and excellent facilitation & communications skills both oral and written
